We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase!

If not, within 30 days of delivery you can request a refund equaling the purchase price minus both a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

To request to return an order, send an email to with your name, order number, and reason for returning. Upon return approval, we will send instructions about the process. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer until receiving instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we've received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process a refund that should return to your card within 7 business days.

Returned products must be sent back as they came and with all the original packaging and items. If you have a question about the warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to get the product returned.
